Powertech Technology Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the provision of packaging and testing services for integrated circuits and semiconductor components. The Company is also involved in the provision of wafer-level packaging services and wafer test services, as well as the research, development, design and sales of integrated circuits and semiconductor components and automated test computer software.
