Premier, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2024. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was USD 342.6 million compared to USD 322.23 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 40.2 million compared to net income of USD 46.8 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.36 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.39 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.36 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.39 a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was USD 996.09 million compared to USD 995.73 million a year ago. Net income was USD 58.87 million compared to USD 153.56 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.5 compared to USD 1.29 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.5 compared to USD 1.28 a year ago.
