ProAssurance Corporation Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2022

ProAssurance Corporation reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported revenue was USD 255.83 million compared to USD 281.63 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 1.66 million compared to net income of USD 92.05 million a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.03 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 1.7 a year ago.
For the six months, revenue was USD 538.9 million compared to USD 501.64 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 5.22 million compared to net income of USD 99.79 million a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.1 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 1.85 a year ago.

The Company's segments include Specialty P&C, Workers' Compensation Insurance, Segregated Portfolio Cell Reinsurance and Corporate.
