Pryce Corporation (PSE:PPC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to PHP 500 million worth of its own shares. The repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares.
The program will be valid for 2 years or until November 7, 2025. As on November 8, 2023, the company had 1,895,488,669 shares outstanding and 129,011,331 shares in its treasury.
