Other Relevant Information
This amendment is made to reflect an adjustment on the buyback transaction of September 30, 2019 and provide a breakdown of the same. The total number of shares bought back is broken down as now appearing above and where the total bought back shares should have been 830,631 shares instead of 830,531 shares. Consequent changes on the other affected figures have been made as appearing above: Outstanding shares; Treasury shares; Cumulative Shares Purchased; and Total Amount of Shares Repurchased.
To be specific, there was a typo error on the transaction volume pertaining to 41,300 shares which is now corrected to 41,400 shares. The buyback prices on both buybacks above are correct and remain unchanged.
The typo error was discovered during our recent inventory review of bought-back PPC shares. The discrepancy is relatively very minimal, amounting to only 100 shares.
1 From the date when the share buy-back program commenced.
