PSL Ltd Announces Resignation of Geeta Girdher as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

PSL Ltd. announced that Mrs. Geeta Girdher, has resigned from the post of Company Secretary. The company accepted her resignation and she was relieved from her responsibilities effective from close of business hours on March 15, 2016. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Mrs. Geeta also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the company.
