Psl Limited Announces Resignation of Nikita Bansal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

PSL Limited announced that Nikita Bansal has resigned from the post of company secretary. The company accepted her resignation and she was relieved from her responsibilities effective from close of business hours on November 20, 2017. Consequent to her resignation as company secretary, Ms. Nikita also ceases to be compliance officer of the company. Her successor shall be appointed shortly.
