PSL Ltd. Announces Resignation of Geeta Girdher from the Post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Effective from March 15, 2016

PSL Ltd. announced the resignation of Mrs. Geeta Girdher, has resigned from the post of company secretary. The company accepted her resignation and she was relieved from her responsibilities effective from close of business hours on March 15, 2016. Consequent to her resignation as company secretary, Mrs. Geeta also ceased to be compliance officer of the company.

Her successor shall be appointed shortly.
