PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk reported consolidated earnings result for year ended December 31, 2016. the company reported sales around IDR 3.8 trillion or 8.2% lower compared to consolidated sales in 2015 amounted to IDR 4.2 trillion. The decline in consolidated sales mainly due to lower sales of palm products and rubber because of lower sales volume despite higher average selling price for both products. Palm products still continued to become main revenue contributor followed by rubber product, oil palm seeds, and others such as cocoa & tea. Profit attributable to owners of the parent declined by 4.7% to around IDR 594 billion with earnings per share of IDR 87 per share due to lower operating profit as well as lower finance income.
