Minvesta sp. z o.o., Tomasz Hatala, Bogusaw Ozog, Marek Jedra, Tomasz Mnich, Tomasz Polonczyk and Robert Dykacz made a tender offer to acquire remaining 20.07% stake in Quantum Software Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:QNT) for PLN 2.7 million on November 28, 2016. As reported, the acquirers offered to acquire 297,158 shares in Quantum Software at a price of PLN 9 per share. The subscription period will run from December 19, 2016 until January 20, 2017. Under the tender offer, shareholders want to reach 100% in Quantum Software and delist the company's shares from stock exchange.

As reported, 54,512 shares of Quantum Software were acquired under the tender offer.
