Rainmaker Systems Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2013. For the quarter, net revenue was $4.160 million against $6.900 million a year ago. Operating loss was $3.482 million against $0.537 million a year ago. Loss before income tax benefit was $3.607 million against $0.937 million a year ago. Net loss from continuing operations was $3.587 million against $0.944 million a year ago. Net loss was $3.621 million or $0.09 per basic and diluted share against $1.650 million or $0.03 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
