Rikei Corporation signed an agreement to acquire NetWell System Co., Ltd from NetWell Corporation for ¥60 million.

RIKEI CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in import, export and sale of products in information technology and electronics industries. It operates through three business segments. System Solutions segment sells administrative systems for educational institutions, three dimensions machine computer-aided design software for manufacturing, and digital marketing tools, virtual reality and augmented reality content and Internet of Things system for private companies.
