Rockelle Corp. is a builder, owner, operator and franchiser of various types of quick service food establishments. As of December 31, 2006, the Company operated six franchises, two in Florida, one in Maryland, one in Pennsylvania, and two in Ohio. The Company has buildout and operated six Stewart’s franchises in Wal-Mart in four states. The Company’s primary business focus is to acquire and maintain franchises in the quick-service food industry.
