Rockhopper Exploration plc Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt

Rockhopper Exploration plc is a United Kingdom-based oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company operates through three segments, the oil and gas exploration and production activities in the geographical regions of the Falkland Islands and the Greater Mediterranean region, as well as its corporate activities centered in the United Kingdom. In North Falkland Basin, the Company holds a 35% interest in licenses PL032 and PL033. It also holds a 35% interest in PL004A, which contains the Isobel/Elaine discovery and PL004B, which contains the Zebedee discovery and PL004C. In addition, the Company holds operatorship of licenses PL005 with a 100% interest, PL003a with a 95.5% interest, and PL003b with a 60.5% interest. Its South Falkland Basin licenses include PL011, PL012 and PL014. It holds interests in two licenses with material upside, which include AC19 and Monte Grosso in Italy.
