Rockland Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets. The Cole Gold Mines property consists of 28 claims totaling 568 ha located in the prolific Red Lake Mining District, accessible by road from the town of Red Lake. The property is 30 km west of the Cochenour, Campbell, Red Lake Mine Complex on the Pipestone Bay Deformation Zone. Its Utah project is comprised of two properties located approximately 185 kilometers (km) south-west of Salt Lake City. Both properties are located in Juab County, Utah. The Companyâs Elektra project comprises four exploration concessions totaling 41,818 hectares (418 square kilometers) in the northern portion of the Sonora, Mexico. Its Old Timer Property is a 1,915 hectares road-accessible property located in southern British Columbia, approximately 17 km southeast of Nelson.
