Company Rox Resources Limited

Rox Resources Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration and development company. The Company has two advanced projects that are prospective for gold, including Youanmi Gold project and Mt Fisher / Mt Eureka Gold project. The Youanmi Gold project is located approximately 480 kilometers (km) northeast of Perth and 400 km inland and to the east of Geraldton. The Youanmi Gold Deposit is located in the central part of the Youanmi Greenstone Belt. The Mt Fisher / Mt Eureka project is located in the Northern Goldfields, about 500 km north of Kalgoorlie (about 120km east of Wiluna) in the Eastern Goldfields Superterrane of the Yilgarn Craton. The Company holds 850 km2 of the Mt Fisher greenstone belt and surrounding prospective zones and in the Mt Eureka area through the Cullen Resources Joint Venture, approximately 350 km2. The Company's subsidiaries include Rox (Mt Fisher) Pty Ltd and Rox (Murchison) Pty Ltd.
