Ruida New Control Capital Management Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 150,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Ruida Futures Co., Ltd. on March 29, 2022. Ruida Futures Co., Ltd will retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved in the second meeting of the fourth session of the Supervisory Committee of the investor.
The company's registered capital will increase from CNY 600,000,000 to CNY 750,000,000.
