Business Summary

Dafora SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in drilling and construction activities. The Company is active in the provision of drilling services for oil, gas and geothermal water sectors. Additionally, it provides services of wells repair and cleaning. Dafora SA offers its drilling services in Africa and Europe, including Romania, Tanzania, Uganda, Sudan, Mozambique, Bulgaria, France and Ukraine. On September 30, 2013, Dorafa SA sold a 32.99% stake of Foraj Sonde SA.
