Aricell Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 12,000,000 common shares at an issue price KRW 500 per share for gross proceeds KRW 6,000,000,000 on December 7, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, S Connect Co., LTD. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
S Connect Co., LTD is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of interior and exterior parts of mobile phones. The Companyâs product portfolio consists of mobile phone cases and related components, including aluminum types and stainless steel types. It also involves in the manufacture of molds and personal computer (PC) interior and exterior cover parts. Its main clients are Samsung Electronics, Pantech and others. The Companyâs subsidiaries include SAM YOU NG CHINA CO., LTD. and S-Connect (DONGGUAN). Co .Ltd, which are engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electronic components, and Career. Co.Kr., which is engaged in the provision of employment agency services, human resource (HR) solutions, headhunting and others through the Internet.
