Woori Private Equity sold 2.5% stake in SAMT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A031330) for KRW 2.2 billion on May 21, 2015. Under the terms of the transaction, Woori sold the shares for KRW 1,128 per share. With the divestiture, Woori's stake in SAMT fell from 6.8% to 4.3%.
