Sansei Technologies, Inc. announced consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2015. For the year, the company reported net sales of JPY 24,479 million compared to JPY 20,805 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 1,653 million compared to JPY 821 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 1,886 million compared to 1,000 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 1,059 million or JPY 57.58 per share compared to JPY 599 million or JPY 32.57 per share a year ago. Cash flows from operating activities were JPY 134 million compared to cash flows used in operating activities of JPY 775 million a year ago. Net assets per share was JPY 1,382.72 compared to JPY 1,320.76 a year ago.
For the year ending March 2015, the company expects net sales of JPY 24,500 million, operating income of JPY 2,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 2,100 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,100 million or JPY 59.78 per share.
The company announced year-end dividend of JPY 10 per share and annual dividend of JPY 17 per share for the year ended March 31, 2015 compared to paid year-end dividend of JPY 7 per share and annual dividend of JPY 14 per share a year ago. The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2015.
For the second quarter of fiscal year ending March 2016, the company expects dividend of JPY 7 per share compared to JPY 7 per share a year ago.

The Manufacture segment manufactures and installs stage machinery and elevating machinery for theaters and culture halls, art equipment such as electric decoration devices in television stations, events and concert venues, gaming machines such as roller coasters and towers, and elevating machinery such as elevators, escalators and packing devices. It also purchases products and conducts maintenance work.
