Santander Bank Polska recommended the payment of a dividend of PLN 44.63 (EUR 10.32) per share. The total dividend amount would be around PLN 4.56 billion (EUR 1.05 billion). The total dividend amount consists of PLN 3.5 billion (EUR 810 million) of net profit from 2023 and PLN 1.056 billion (EUR 250 million) from dividend capital.
The proposed record date for the dividend is May 16, 2024. The dividend would be paid on May 23, 2024.
