Santander Bank Polska S.A. (WSE:SPL) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 207,000 shares for PLN 53 million. The repurchase price will be no lower than PLN 50 and no higher than PLN 500 per share.
The program will be conducted in two periods starting from February 24, 2023 to March 24, 2023 and from April 25, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
