Santeon Group, Inc. (OTCPK:SANT) signed a letter of intent to acquire Corum, LLC on June 14, 2018. As of July 2, 2018, Santeon Group has completed the financial and technology due diligence necessary to close the transaction. The due diligence covered financial, operational, administrative and technology diligence. The deal is expected to close in the next 30 days. As per update on July 2, 2018, the transaction is expected to complete on or before July 20, 2018.
