Sapmer announced consolidated earnings results for the first half ended June 30, 2015. For the period, the company announced revenues of EUR 45.1 million compared to EUR 46.5 million a year ago. Lower costs on both activities, including the decrease in the price of Diesel for the fishing activity and the processing and logistics cost reductions for the value enhancing activity, enable the EBITDA to improve to EUR 2.25 million against EUR 0.42 million during first half 2014.

After taking into account the depreciation, stable compared to first half 2014, and the financial income that benefits from foreign exchange gain, the income before tax amounted to negative at EUR 2.8 million against negative at EUR 5.4 million in first half 2014. LBIT was EUR 1.2 million compared to EUR 3.0 million a year ago. Net loss group share was EUR 3.5 million against EUR 3.7 million a year ago.
