ScanSource, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2023. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was USD 876.31 million compared to USD 943.81 million a year ago. Net income was USD 15.43 million compared to USD 24.04 million a year ago.
Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.62 compared to USD 0.95 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.61 compared to USD 0.94 a year ago.

Its Modern Communications & Cloud segment includes communications technologies and services for voice, video conferencing, wireless, data networking, cyber security, cable, unified communications and collaboration, cloud and technology services. Its segments operate in the United States, Canada, Brazil and the United Kingdom.
