SDIC Capital Co.,Ltd provided earnings guidance for the year 2019. For the period, the company predicts an increase of between RMB 1,179,110,000 and RMB 1,445,710,000 in its net profit owned by shareholders of the listed company in 2019 compared with the same period of the year before, with a year-on-year increase of between 70% and 80% (based on the disclosed statistics according to relevant regulations). The net profit belonging to shareholders of the listed company after excluding extraordinary profit and loss will increase by between RMB 1,161,260,000 and RMB 1,422,910,000 compared with the same period of the year before, with a year-on-year increase of between 71% and 87% (based on the disclosed statistics according to relevant regulations).

The Brokerage segment manily includes brokerage business of securities and futures and the agent sales of financial products. Entrusted Asset Management segment mainly includes the pooled asset management, directional asset management and specific asset management. Proprietary Business segment mainly invests the Companyâs funds in equity securities, fixed income securities and derivatives and is involved in the market making business in the new over-the-counter (OTC) market. Investment Banking segment includes stock financing, bond financing, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory services. Margin Trading segment includes margin trading, stock pledged repo and agreed-to-repurchase securities.
