From January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024, the company has repurchased 648,600 shares, representing 1.21% for ¥1,597.4 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 921,000 shares, representing 1.72% for ¥2,245.3 million under the buyback announced on November 8, 2023.
Seiren Co Ltd is mainly engaged in the vehicle materials, high fashion, electronics, environment and living materials, and medical businesses. The Company operates through five segments.
