Change in Publishing Channels
Recife, August 3, 2022, Ser Educacional ("Company") (B3 SEER3), one of the largest continuing education companies in Brazil, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the legal publications applicable to the Company, provided for in Law No. 6.404, of December 15, 1976, as amended ("Law No. 6.404"), will be published, in addition to the "Jornal do Commercio" and the "Valor Econômico" newspapers, in the "Diário de Pernambuco" newspaper, in accordance with the article 289, I of Law No. 6.404.
The change of newspaper will be submitted for ratification at the next Annual General Meeting, to be held in April 2023.
