FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

Servizi Italia soars 34 percent after the majority shareholder azino launched a tender offer aimed at delisting the company's shares.

Softlab also does well, up 6.0%, also benefiting from good momentum in the telecommunications sector.

FTSE SMALL CAP - LOSERS

Crashes ePrice, down 17% and with the stock hovering at the 30-cent threshold each. The stock is temporarily suspended for excessive declines.

Also hurting is Datalogic, down 11 percent. The company yesterday reported that it closed the first nine months with revenues down to EUR417.0 million from EUR476.5 million in the same period last year, with declines recorded in all geographic areas in which it operates. The nine months ended with a profit of EUR10.8 million compared to EUR15.3 million a year earlier.

Eems Italia gives up 10 percent and ranks among the worst stocks of the small-cap companies in Piazza Affari.
