Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Co.,Ltd agreed to acquire 51% stake in Hanzhong Xinhan Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. from Shaanxi Gas Group New Energy Development Co., Ltd. for CNY 17.5 million.

Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Co., Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in natural gas distribution business. The Company is also engaged in pipeline transportation of natural gas and the operation of gasification projects. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also engaged in the design, investment, installation, construction, operation and management of natural gas city gasification projects, the development and manufacture of facilities, as well as the construction and operation of vehicle filling stations, among others.
