Shandong Lipeng Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002374) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 21,759,000 shares, representing 2% of its issued share capital, for total worth of CNY 65.28 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of CNY 3 per share. The purpose of the share repurchases is for Equity incentives plan or ESOP. The program is valid for 12 months.
Shandong Chiway Industry Development Co Ltd, formerly Shandong Lipeng Co Ltd, is principally engaged in the composite anti-counterfeit printing of aluminum plates, as well as the manufacture and sale of anti-counterfeit bottle caps. The Companyâs products are composite anti-counterfeit printed aluminum plates, which are applied in processing and manufacture of aluminum anti-counterfeit bottle caps, as well as aluminum anti-counterfeit bottle caps and combined anti-counterfeit bottle tops, which are applied in packaging of products such as liquor, healthcare liquor and beer, among others. In addition, the Company provides aluminum strips, and related equipment and molds.
