Kunming Dianyu Investment Holding Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 12.01% stake in Shanghai Broadband Technology Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600608) from Kunming Traffic Investment Co., Ltd for CNY 172.95 million on December 15, 2023. The transfer price of the target shares is CNY 4.38 per share, and the total transfer price of 39,486,311 shares is CNY 172.95 million. Kunming State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission issued approval for the transaction.
