Shanghai Broadband Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600608) announced a private placement of common shares for not more than CNY 350,000,000 on June 3, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company at the 21st session of the 9th directorate meeting. The amount of funds raised shall not exceed 100% of the transaction price of the assets to be injected, and the number of shares to be issued should not be more than 20% of the total share capital of the company before the transaction. The transaction is subject to approval from The China Securities Regulatory Commission.
