Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 50% stake in Shanghai Jinjiang Liancai Supply Chain Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Jin Jiang Online Network Service Co., Ltd. for CNY 152 million.
