Shanghai Milkground Food Tech Co., Ltd (SHSE:600882) agreed to acquire remaining 42.88% stake in Jilin Guangze Dairy Product Technology Co., Ltd. from Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (group) Co., Ltd. on July 14, 2022. The deal needs approval from China Securities Regulatory Commission. The deal needs approval from shareholders of Shanghai Milkground Food Tech.
