Hutong Wuyuan No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund, a fund managed by Ningbo Hutong Private Fund Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed the share acquisition agreement to acquire 5.99% stake in Shanghai Smith Adhesive New Material Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603683) from Zhou Xiaodong for approximately CNY 110 million on May 22, 2023. As reported, Ningbo Hutong Private Fund Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will acquire an additional 13 million shares at a price of CNY 8.721 per share. The transaction needs to be approved by Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Following the sale, Zhou Xiaodong will hold 19.73% stake in Shanghai Smith Adhesive New Material Co.,Ltd . On June 14, 2023, hanghai Smith Adhesive New Material Co. has received the notice from the actual controller, Zhou Xiaodong regarding on the completion of transfer registration procedure and has obtained the “transfer registration confirmation letter†issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
