Shangri-La Hotel Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company that is principally engaged in hotel operations in Bangkok and Chiang Mai provinces. The Company operates in two segments: Hotel business and Holding investment. The principal activities of the Company are those of a hotelier, which provides lodging, food and beverage services, facilities for conferences and functions and other services and facilities in connection with hotel business and investment holding. The Company has two hotels: Shangri- La Hotel, Bangkok and Shangri-La Hotel, Chiang Mai. It provides accommodation service, food and beverage service, and other services, laundry, business center, health center, banquet, and seminars. Town Development Co., Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
