Ruijin Jinxin Mineral Products Industrial Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Ruijin Mianjiang Fluorite Mining Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen SunXing Light Alloys Materials Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603978) for CNY 95 million on November 30, 2020. within 15 working days from the date of agreement, Ruijin Jinxin Mineral Products Industrial Co., Ltd. will make a one time payment. As of December 31, 2019, Ruijin Mianjiang Fluorite Mining Co., Ltd. recorded total assets of CNY 91.54 million, total liabilities of CNY 20.8 million, net assets of CNY 70.74 million, total revenue of CNY 59.93 million and net profit of CNY 12.15 million. As of September 30, 2020, Ruijin Mianjiang Fluorite Mining Co., Ltd. recorded total assets of CNY 93.82 million, total liabilities of CNY 19 million, net assets of CNY 74.81 million, total revenue of CNY 24.01 million and net profit of CNY 4.3 million. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of Shenzhen SunXing Light Alloys Materials Co.,Ltd.
