TCS Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire property at 193 Hiemachi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka from SHO-BI Corporation (TSE:7819) for approximately ¥360 million on February 15, 2013. The Board of Directors of SHO-BI Corporation resolved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close by mid-March 2013. Mitsubishi Real Estate Service Co., Ltd. acted as real estate advisor to SHO-BI Corporation.
