Shui On Land Limited reported group sales results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the quarter, the group reported contracted property sales amounted to RMB 3,034 million, comprising residential property sales of RMB 2,890 million and commercial property sales of RMB 144 million. Total gross floor area (‘GFA’) of contracted property sales were 54,900 square metres (‘sq. m.’) and 1,626 units of carpark. The average selling price of the signed contracts respecting property sales was RMB 55,600 per sq. m.

For the six months, the group reported accumulated contracted property sales amounted to RMB 4,564 million comprising residential property sales of RMB 4,196 million and commercial property sales of RMB 368 million, respectively. Aggregated GFA sold for contracted property sales reached 106,900 sq. m. with the average selling price of RMB 42,700 per sq. m. In addition, 1,765 units of carpark were sold in the first six months of 2023. In addition to the contracted property sales reported above, as of 30 June 2023, the Group had recorded a total of RMB 606 million of subscribed sales, which is expected to be subsequently turned into contracted property sales in the following months.
