Simba Energy Inc. announced that it has received CAD 2.15 million in funding from Essel Groupp ME - DMCC and other investors

Simba Essel Energy Inc, formerly Simba Energy Inc, is a Canada-based oil and gas exploration company. The Company is engaged in acquisition and exploration of resource properties. The Company focuses on oil and gas opportunities in unexplored onshore frontier basins of Africa. The Company holds interest in the production sharing contract (PSC) for Block 2A, onshore Kenya. The Company's Block 2A overlies the southern tip of the Mandera Basin while the southwest corner of the block extends into the Anza Basin. The Company holds interest in the production sharing agreement (PSA) for block 1 and 2 consisting over 12,000 square kilometers onshore in the Republic of Guinea's Bove basin. The Company holds interest in International Resource Strategies Liberia Energy, Inc. (IRSLE), which holds onshore reconnaissance license for the Roberts and Bassa basins. It also holds interests in three oil and gas blocks within the Doba, Doseo and Erdis basins.
