The Company holds interest in the production sharing agreement (PSA) for block 1 and 2 consisting over 12,000 square kilometers onshore in the Republic of Guinea's Bove basin. The Company holds interest in International Resource Strategies Liberia Energy, Inc. (IRSLE), which holds onshore reconnaissance license for the Roberts and Bassa basins. It also holds interests in three oil and gas blocks within the Doba, Doseo and Erdis basins.
