Simonds Farsons Cisk plc at its meeting held on 19th September 2018, the Board of Directors resolved to distribute, out of tax exempt profits, an interim dividend of 1,000,000 equivalent to 0.0333 per ordinary share. This dividend will be paid on 10th October 2018 to the ordinary shareholders who will be on the Register as at the close of business on 26th September 2018.
