Sino-Platinum Metals Co.,Ltd held its Annual General Meeting of 2014 on May 07, 2015, during which the company approved tax included cash dividend of CNY 1.00 per 10 share.
The company at its Annual General Meeting of 2014, held on 07 May 2015, approved the amendments to the articles of association.
The company also approved the election of Liu Hailan and Wang Zifan as independent directors.
