Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. (TSX:ZZZ) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 2,368,443 common shares, representing 7.06% of its issued share capital. The shares repurchased under the bid will be cancelled.
The bid will expire on March 10, 2025, or the earlier of the date on which purchases under the bid have been completed. As of February 29, 2024, the company had 33,529,713 issued and outstanding shares.
