SMART VENTURES, INC. SMART VENTURES, INC. announced that the company has signed a joint venture agreement with Mobile Vending, Inc. The company's intention is to expand and renovate the distribution process with new equipment and advanced manufacturing techniques in an effort to capitalize on the recent legalization and resulting high demand of cannabis in the state of Colorado. The joint venture will also seek to develop kiosk payment solutions with biometric identity technology for payment processing in States licensed to retail medical marijuana. The kiosk will accept cashless payments such as credit cards, mobile payments and other electronic wallet payments to alleviate cash payment stress placed on cannabis retailers.
The joint venture formed a Colorado Corporation known as 'Cannabis Funding Group, Inc.' which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Smart Ventures, Inc.
