Smiths News plc Proposes Final Dividend, Payable on 8 February 2024

The Board of Smiths News plc has proposed a final dividend of 2.75 pence, making a total dividend for the year of 4.15 pence (FY2022: 4.15 pence). The final dividend will be paid on 8 February 2024 to all shareholders who are on the register at the close of business on 12 January 2024; the ex-dividend date will be 11 January 2024.
