DNA Brands, Inc. (OTCPK:DNAX) agreed to acquire Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (OTCPK:SFIO) from Bernard Rubin and others on December 11, 2018. The transaction is in the form of a restricted share exchange. Smokefree Innotec will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of DNA Brands Inc. As part of the transaction, Bernard Rubin, founder of Smokefree Innotec, will be appointed to the board of DNA Brands, and will serve as DNA Brands President, in charge of all beverage related matters.
