Sociedad de Inversiones Campos Chilenos SA (Campos Chilenos) is a Chile-based holding company engaged in the investment in companies involved in the production, distribution and commercialization of sugar and other natural food. The Company operates, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, in five business segments, sugar and related products, agricultural management, animal nutrition, tomato paste and corporate. As of December 31, 2012, the Company held direct and indirect interests in such companies as Empresas Iansa SA, Iansagro SA, Agromas SA, Patagonia Investment SA, LDA SA, Agricola Terrandes SA, Sercob SA and Compania de Generacion Industrial SA, among others. The Company is a subsidiary of ED&F Man Chile SA.
